A soft credit inquiry is not visible to other lenders reviewing Your credit file and does not affect Your credit score. Credit-related information is obtained, used, shared and retained only as permitted by the FCRA and only for the purpose of determining Your qualification for such offers, as further described in Section 10 (Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act).

Access to Credit Data: You may request information about the credit-related data We collected about You during the pre-screening process.

Dispute Inaccuracies: You have the right to dispute any inaccuracies in Your credit information and request corrections. Because this information is obtained from a consumer reporting agency, You may also dispute inaccurate information directly with that agency, which is required by the FCRA to investigate Your dispute and to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable.

Adverse Action Notices: If We decline to refer You for, or You are declined for, a financing or credit offer based in whole or in part on information in a consumer report, You will be provided with the notices required by the FCRA, including the name, address and telephone number of the consumer reporting agency that furnished the report.

Sharing of Credit Data: Credit-related information is shared only with authorized entities, such as the financing or lending partners for whose offers You are being evaluated and the service providers that assist Us in performing the soft credit inquiry, and only in compliance with the FCRA.

Prescreened Offers: You may opt out of receiving prescreened offers of credit or insurance from consumer reporting agencies by calling 1-888-5-OPTOUT (1-888-567-8688) or visiting www.optoutprescreen.com.

This section summarizes certain rights only. For a complete description of Your rights under the FCRA, see “A Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act,” published by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at www.consumerfinance.gov/learnmore.
